How soon will you complete my order?
During business hours (9-5 CST), we will contact you within 24 hour after receiving your order. We guarantee completion within 72 hours, and in most cases are done before that. We’ll work with you to create your branded background exactly how you want it, including revisions and changes you request.
How does the design process work?
After placing an order, we will send you a questionaire to tell us the design features you want in your background such as (Colors, Links, Text, Icons, etc..). When we receive your questionaire, you’ll be assigned to a design expert who will provide a sample for you to review and work with you to get your desired branded Twitter background. Once the design has been finalized, you will receive an email containing your finished design along with instructions on how to install it to your profile. If you need any help installing your background, just let us know and we will be happy to help you Free of Charge!
I need more than one design, how do I reach you?

You will be able to upload photos, graphics and other files in the design questionaire.
